Description
The Cisco SFP-25G-AOC5M is a 25 Gigabit Ethernet transceiver module that uses active optical cable technology to provide a high-speed, cost-effective solution for short-distance connections within data centers and high-performance computing environments. It is a hot-swappable input/output (I/O) device that plugs into a SFP28 slot on a Cisco switch or router. The SFP-25G-AOC5M supports data rates of up to 25 Gbps and has a maximum reach of 5 meters. It is ideal for connecting devices within the same rack or across adjacent racks.
