It provides four channels of 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GbE) connectivity over a single fiber, enabling a total data rate of 40 Gb/s.
The module is compliant with the QSFP+ Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and the IEEE 802.3ba 40GBASE-SR4 standard. It features a compact QSFP+ form factor, making it easily pluggable into compatible network equipment. The module utilizes Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Lasers (VCSELs) for transmission and PIN photodiodes for reception, ensuring reliable and efficient data transfer.
