High-Performance Outdoor Wi-Fi 6
The Aruba AP-575 is engineered to extend enterprise-grade Wi-Fi 6 connectivity into outdoor areas where conventional indoor access points are unsuitable. Its 5 GHz 4x4 MIMO radio and 2.4 GHz 2x2 MIMO radio provide high-capacity dual-band wireless connectivity with a maximum aggregate data rate of up to 2.69 Gbps.
4x4 and 2x2 MIMO Architecture
The AP-575 uses a 4x4 MIMO radio on 5 GHz for higher-capacity wireless environments and a 2x2 MIMO radio on 2.4 GHz for broad compatibility with legacy and IoT devices. This dual-radio architecture allows simultaneous operation across both frequency bands.
Wi-Fi 6 Efficiency
OFDMA, bidirectional MU-MIMO and Target Wake Time help improve airtime efficiency and wireless performance when multiple compatible devices share the network. Aruba ClientMatch technology can also help optimize client association and reduce sticky-client behavior.
Rugged Outdoor Design
The AP-575 is purpose-built for harsh outdoor conditions, including persistent moisture, precipitation, extreme temperatures and airborne contaminants. The platform is designed to operate from -40°C to +65°C, including full-sun deployments.
Integrated Omnidirectional Antennas
The AP-575 features integrated omnidirectional antennas, making it suitable for broad-area outdoor coverage. It is particularly useful where wireless coverage needs to extend around the access point rather than focus in a single directional sector.
Outdoor IoT Platform
Integrated Bluetooth 5 and IEEE 802.15.4/Zigbee connectivity enables the AP-575 to support compatible IoT applications without requiring a separate wireless infrastructure overlay.
Applications
- Outdoor enterprise Wi-Fi networks
- University and corporate campuses
- Parking lots and outdoor facilities
- Stadiums and public venues
- Industrial and manufacturing sites
- Warehouses and logistics environments
- Hotels and outdoor hospitality areas
- Transportation and infrastructure facilities
- Outdoor IoT deployments
Compatibility
The Aruba AP-575 is part of the HPE Aruba Networking 570 Series Outdoor Access Points and is designed for Aruba enterprise WLAN environments. Deployment can be managed through Aruba networking management platforms, including Aruba Central, subject to the applicable software release and licensing requirements.
The exact regulatory SKU, supported channels and country-specific requirements should be verified before deployment. Mounting hardware and appropriate outdoor-rated Ethernet and grounding accessories should also be selected according to the installation environment.
